My background

I am 30 years old and live in Germany. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Neuroscience and a Master's degree in Neuropsychology, I am an accredited trauma counselor and I’ve completed a certified training in EMDR. At the moment, I am preparing for a license exam called Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie so that I can also offer therapy in the future.

While working in various clinics and residential groups, I’ve witnessed deep despair – but above all, I’ve witnessed people rising from their pain with extraordinary resilience. I’ve seen profound and dignified transformations. I was taught how much power and competence humans possess, even in their darkest moments, even when they feel tired, small and helpless.
